Our Approach
Nature is at the heart of what we share here. The mountains, forests, waterfalls and villages of North Bali are the reason people come.
At the same time, it is impossible to ignore a reality that many travelers quickly notice when visiting Bali: the amount of waste in certain places. It is often something that surprises visitors.
We are well aware that a few small actions will not change everything overnight. Bali, like many places in the world, faces complex environmental challenges.
But we believe that small efforts still matter.
During our treks, our guides carry microfiber bags to collect waste along the trail. Guests who wish to take part are always welcome to help during the hike. It is a simple gesture, but one that allows us to leave the mountain a little cleaner than we found it.
For us, responsible travel is not about claiming to be perfect. It is simply about moving through these landscapes with respect, awareness and care.
And if, together, we can make even a small difference along the way, then the journey already means something more.
All treks marked with this logo offer the option to take part in a small clean-up initiative along the trail.
